We are delighted to announce the opening of our new SEP Geospatial office in Worcester.
Over the course of the last couple of years, SEP Limited has undergone many changes, including an extensive management buyout. More recently, we have opened our new SEP Geospatial Worcester Office which will be managed by our Regional Sales Director, Jamie Howes.
Jamie has worked in the industry for over twenty years. Initially he was involved in a variety of projects from setting out to river and channel surveys, rail-based surveys to environmental flood risk management. More recently, Jamie has been responsible for the sales and hire of specialist equipment, including GPS, total stations, levels and grade lasers to name just a few.
In 2006 – 2007, Jamie attended The Survey School, based in Worcester, which offers arguably the best survey training in the UK.
Jamie will be ably supported in the Worcester Office by Regan Morris.
The Survey School
Worcester is also the location of The Survey School, which offers renowned TSA Surveying Course.
Established over thirty years ago, The Survey Association took over the running of the school in 2014. Today, it is the UK’s only commercial training centre that provides training to the land survey profession, and which is accredited by the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors.
Late last year we provided The Survey School with three Spectra Geospatial SP85 GNSS receivers with Ranger 7 data collectors. These SP85 GNSS receivers and Ranger 7 data collectors will be used in the school’s flagship TSA Surveying Course, as well as its GNSS and 5-Day Surveying Short Course.
Having an SEP Geospatial office in Worcester means we are perfectly situated for some of the key network routes in the UK. Just a stone’s throw from the M5, the office gives us easy access to the M4, M40, M42 and the M6.
With our other offices situated in Lancashire and Cambridgeshire, we are now well-placed to serve the whole of the UK.
