It reads data from Trimble scanning total stations and from industry-standard point cloud formats, so scan data captured on other manufacturers’ instruments is processed in the same project as your GNSS and total station observations rather than in a separate package.
Registration covers both routes. Scans taken from a known station arrive already referenced to survey control. Overlapping scans without that control are registered pairwise, cloud-to-cloud. Atmospheric scale correction is applied on import.
Scan, station and image data exports to Trimble RealWorks in TDX format where a job calls for deeper point cloud tools.
Available as an add-on matched to your existing seat count, or included in the subscription editions that carry scanning support.
