Why Choose the Leica GS18?
The GNSS is especially useful for surveyors who primarily work with a network RTK such as HxGN SmartNet. Its Receiver Autonomous Integrity Monitoring allows it to detect and eliminate faulty satellite signals for redundancy. This is supported by quick initialisation and continuous RTK positioning checks, taking a lot of the painful legwork out of surveying and setting out.
The addition of tilt compensation allows operators to collect point data under dense canopies and tall obstructions. You’ll find this saves time and resources on all kinds of activities, including as-built and topographic surveys. It houses an integrated 4G mobile phone and a UHF radio RTK device for practical connectivity.
The GS18 is a self-learning smart GNSS antenna that can function as either a rover or a base station, although the latter is often favoured. This GNSS is completely immune to electromagnetic disturbances and requires no manual precalibration.
Surveying uses
Due to its reliable measurement quality and high performance, the GS18 can be used by single operators in a wide range of projects. The position rate of 20Hz also helps ensure reliability in measurement quality.

Delivery Policy
- Local deliveries will be made by our own fleet to addresses within 2-3 hours of our depots – this covers most of England and Wales.
- We’ll also deliver outside of the UK, using national couriers (UPS).
- Costs for delivery are depending on the weight and dimensions of the package.
- All packages are securely and safely packaged, typically using recycled packaging from our suppliers.
- If the item is in stock it will be delivered within 2-3 working days
- If an item is out of stock it will be delivered within 5-10 working days – any longer and we will contact you to advise and confirm a revised delivery date.

Refund Policy
- We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything to us we will be happy to refund or exchange any goods returned to us unused, undamaged and fully resale able within 10 working days of receipt by the customer. The cost of returning any goods other than faulty goods is paid by the customer.
- The customer is liable for any goods returned to us that arrive damaged due to poor packing on the customers part.
- If goods are returned to us after 14 working days or not in a fully resale able condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct a 25% re-stocking charge.
