Why Choose the DJI Zenmuse L3?
The DJI Zenmuse L3 is a significant step up from the L2 model. The long-range LiDAR can reach objects up to 950m away, even those with only 10% reflectivity. It has an adjustable pulse rate and supports up to 16 returns, with a maximum pulse emission frequency of 2 million pulses/second. Crucially, the penetration depth is controlled by you, so when working above dense vegetation or urban areas, no data is missed.
The LiDAR, combined with the dual 100MP RGB mapping cameras have significantly enhanced the L3’s detecting capabilities, and it’s exceptional at spotting small objects, such as power lines. Its point clouds are twice as dense as the L2’s, and they create highly accurate spatial reconstructions.
The L3 has three scanning modes for versatile applications and dynamic data capture. The modes – linear, star-shaped, and non-repetitive – are optimised for different surveying uses, including forestry, power line inspections, and topographical surveys.

Uses
The Zenmuse L3 is optimised for a wide range of surveying applications. The deep penetration and long-range LiDAR technology are well-suited for accurate forestry management. The large field of view and dense point clouds enable fast data capture of large forests and areas of thick vegetation.
The L3 can also be used for power lines inspection, as its advanced detection capabilities enable accurate and detailed data capture.
The payload also has scanning modes that support topographic and mining surveys, spatial reconstructions, digital elevation models, and digital orthophoto mapping.

Delivery Policy
- Local deliveries will be made by our own fleet to addresses within 2-3 hours of our depots – this covers most of England and Wales.
- We’ll also deliver outside of the UK, using national couriers (UPS).
- Costs for delivery are depending on the weight and dimensions of the package.
- All packages are securely and safely packaged, typically using recycled packaging from our suppliers.
- If the item is in stock it will be delivered within 2-3 working days
- If an item is out of stock it will be delivered within 5-10 working days – any longer and we will contact you to advise and confirm a revised delivery date.

Refund Policy
- We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything to us we will be happy to refund or exchange any goods returned to us unused, undamaged and fully resale able within 10 working days of receipt by the customer. The cost of returning any goods other than faulty goods is paid by the customer.
- The customer is liable for any goods returned to us that arrive damaged due to poor packing on the customers part.
- If goods are returned to us after 14 working days or not in a fully resale able condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct a 25% re-stocking charge.
