The Matrice has three cameras for comprehensive image gathering:

  • Enhanced medium telephoto – detect structural cracks and read instrument data from 10m away.
  • High resolution 48MP telephoto – capture details from up to 250m away with foreground stabilisation.
  • Wide-angle camera – supports 0.5-second interval shooting for rapid surveying and mapping.

The drone collects accurate information and images even when visibility is severely limited. Electronic dehazing improves image clarity during foggy conditions. The night mode has full-colour capability and smart low-light photo settings.

The Matrice 4E is a significant upgrade from the Mavic 3E, with an improved flight duration and enhanced smart sensing for obstacle avoidance. User fatigue is reduced with intelligent AI flight mapping that alters course and speed based on environmental factors, without manual configuration. An inbuilt RTK module provides highly accurate positioning, crucial for industrial mapping.

The 4E also benefits from the addition of a laser range finder, which enables real-time, rapid measurement capture, with a maximum range of 1800m.

Uses:

The DJI Matrice 4E survey drone is designed for rapid mapping and surveying, particularly in construction and mining environments. Three-directional ortho capture enables mapping of 2.8km² in a single flight.

The Smart 3D Capture assists in gathering accurate data by creating a rough 3D model on the drone’s remote control. The model is then used to rapidly determine mapping routes close to the structure’s surface for detailed modelling.

Delivery Policy

  • Local deliveries will be made by our own fleet to addresses within 2-3 hours of our depots – this covers most of England and Wales.
  • We’ll also deliver outside of the UK, using national couriers (UPS).
  • Costs for delivery are depending on the weight and dimensions of the package.
  • All packages are securely and safely packaged, typically using recycled packaging from our suppliers.
  • If the item is in stock it will be delivered within 2-3 working days
  • If an item is out of stock it will be delivered within 5-10 working days – any longer and we will contact you to advise and confirm a revised delivery date.

Refund Policy

  • We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything to us we will be happy to refund or exchange any goods returned to us unused, undamaged and fully resale able within 10 working days of receipt by the customer. The cost of returning any goods other than faulty goods is paid by the customer.
  • The customer is liable for any goods returned to us that arrive damaged due to poor packing on the customers part.
  • If goods are returned to us after 14 working days or not in a fully resale able condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct a 25% re-stocking charge.
