The DJI Matrice 400 is the ultimate companion to industry professionals conducting 2D and 3D modelling. The drone has up to 59 minutes of flight time and a top speed of 25 m/s.

Next-generation obstacle sensing enhances safety during operation, via integrated rotating LiDAR and mmWAVE radar, to detect power lines as thin as 12mm. Full-colour, low-light fisheye vision sensors for obstacle sensing in low light or challenging conditions, including fog and rain.

AR projection assists with mapping by generating real-time route previews, power line visualisation, and building and road name labels in urban areas. It can also measure the distance between multiple points.

The Matrice 400 provides exceptional adaptability by supporting up to seven payloads simultaneously, up to 6kg. It can operate as a relay drone, sending signals to fellow Matrice 400s operating further afield, essentially increasing the transmission distance.

The drone and the DJI RC Plus 2 Enhanced Remote Controller are both highly durable, with an IP55 and IP54 rating respectively, and functionality in -20 to 50°C. The remote has a high-brightness screen for visibility in bright sunlight and media data encryption for secure data storage.

Uses:

The DJI Matrice 400 has five-directional oblique capture and excels at surveying, large-scale 2D and 3D mapping, utility inspections, and site monitoring. The survey drone can perform takeoffs and landings at sea for maritime operations.

There are several different flight modes to assist with data collection:

  • Real-time terrain follow: Maintain stable relative height to the ground for high-precision mapping.
  • POI: Continuously observe a building for 3D modelling by orbiting a designated area to increase fixed-point observation efficiency.
  • Smart Track: For precise subject positioning and automatic subject requirement, even if it’s briefly obscured.
  • FlyTo: The drone automatically adjusts its flight path and speed based on its surrounding environment.
  • Cruise: Speed and direction are maintained without the need for constant controller input.

Delivery Policy

  • Local deliveries will be made by our own fleet to addresses within 2-3 hours of our depots – this covers most of England and Wales.
  • We’ll also deliver outside of the UK, using national couriers (UPS).
  • Costs for delivery are depending on the weight and dimensions of the package.
  • All packages are securely and safely packaged, typically using recycled packaging from our suppliers.
  • If the item is in stock it will be delivered within 2-3 working days
  • If an item is out of stock it will be delivered within 5-10 working days – any longer and we will contact you to advise and confirm a revised delivery date.

Refund Policy

  • We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything to us we will be happy to refund or exchange any goods returned to us unused, undamaged and fully resale able within 10 working days of receipt by the customer. The cost of returning any goods other than faulty goods is paid by the customer.
  • The customer is liable for any goods returned to us that arrive damaged due to poor packing on the customers part.
  • If goods are returned to us after 14 working days or not in a fully resale able condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct a 25% re-stocking charge.
