The CHCNAV i85 GNSS receiver is a lightweight, pocket-sized device that delivers high-precision surveying in challenging and inaccessible environments. Equipped with dual cameras, Ultra-IMU, AR capabilities, and a laser module, the i85 is powerful yet accessible, even for less experienced surveyors. It can also be easily mounted on a wide range of survey tripods and poles.

Hazardous environments

If you’re frequently surveying in trying conditions with inaccessible targets, the i85 outperforms its competitors in capturing inaccessible data points. The receiver hosts an 8MP high-definition camera with 6x magnification for accurate data point capture, even when they’re out of reach. This, coupled with the intelligent green-laser aiming system, significantly boosts aiming efficiency, with the laser alone increasing efficiency up to 50%.

Forestry Surveys

In areas of dense foliage where GNSS signals are obstructed, the i85’s high-precision laser ensures accurate data is collected. The laser is resistant to ambient light levels up to 50,000 lux, so it remains visible even in bright outdoor conditions.

Utility Mapping

The multi-constellation tracking by the i85, combined with its RTK technology, enables the receiver to produce centimetre-level accuracy, essential for locating utility lines and valves.
