Everyone knows that before a project can begin the land needs to be accurately mapped in the form of a Topographical Survey. It is from these maps that design work, planning applications, flood models and much much more can be generated.

At SEP we carry out topographical surveys using the latest equipment and techniques to ensure that our client gets exactly what they need. At SEP we have set ourselves high standards, all of our surveys are orientated to OS Grid and OS Newlyn datum, as well as being supplied to the client in a wide range of 3D formats, to suite the needs. We also consider what might be required further down the construction line, by providing 3D information, to enable earthwork calculations, visibility analysis, and many more options.

In recent years SEP have carried out numerous projects, from several thousand acre beach surveys, to in excess of 20 high school surveys per year, to huge road infrastructure re-design, as well as carrying out many projects overseas.
