Construction Phase Planning

With Clients of construction projects so keen to know about the impact any works will have on there ongoing business, SEP can provide a break down showing what works will happen and when. With our works for a large supermarket chain ongoing, the store managers are always keen to know what effects any works will have on Car parking, Petrol station forecourts, footpaths and how their customers will safely be diverted away from the works whilst they are at each stage of completion.

Where longer works are planned, the order of works maybe vital to planning permission being granted - as with quarrying of minerals. SEP has previously planned drawn plans for the quarrying and restoration sequence for several clay quarries. This can all be tied into the volume calculations to provide you with a breakdown of how much material will be extracted and when.
