Building Surveys

At SEP we are dedicated to producing building plans tailored to suite your needs. Our specialist measured building survey teams are experienced in recognising and producing surveys to suite your needs. Whether you are looking for a full site laser scan (see 3D laser scanning) or tailored plans SEP can provide plans within budget, whilst working around your daily activities on site.

Floor plans

SEP can produce floor plans to suite your specific needs. Using the latest technology we are able to quickly and with minimal disruption produce floor plans ranging from a simple room shape and size drawings, to full 3D models, incorporating reflected ceiling plans, to showing a wide range of services such as electrical power sockets, light fittings.

Elevations and Street Scenes

SEP can produce façade elevations using our laser scanner, quickly scanning everything in sight; we can then process the data in our office to produce an elevation showing exactly what is required. Whether it is building outlines or a full stone-by-stone survey we can cater for you needs.

Cross Sections

Through producing floor plans and elevations SEP can then use this data to produce cross sections of the building. Showing the rooms relative to the floors above and below with all the internal beams accurately positioned, we can even show elevation detail of the façade behind the cross section.

Verticality Surveys

We pride ourselves on providing a full survey package. As a client you need to have confidence in the buildings you are working on. We can provide plans detailing the verticality of the buildings, showing any distortion in the façade, through overlaying points on the elevations a quick and easily understandable plan can be produced. We can also provide verticality drawings for as built steel frames, or even as part of a monitoring exercise.
